CRUMBLE APPLE PIE


Preheat oven to 425˚

Crumble
½ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ cup cold butter (cubed small)

Mix all ingredients together with your hands until it’s the consistency of oats.

Pie
1 pie crust
5 cups sliced apples
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
½ tsp cinnamon
egg

In a pie plate place crust. Add apples, sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

 Place crumble on top and wash crust with egg.


Bake for 15 min at 425˚ then reduce to 350˚ for 35-40 minutes.
