Chocolate Chip Muffins


Preheat oven 400°f

2     cups flour                              
1 egg
¼    cup granulated sugar            
1 cup milk
3 ½ tsp. baking powder                
¼ cup veg. oil   
½    tsp. salt


Grease muffin pan

Mix together dry ingredients then in another bowl,
beat together egg, milk and oil. Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir only until combined (batter will be lumpy) fill tins 2/3 full.

Bake 20 min. or until golden brown.

 Tip: - For sweeter muffins increase sugar to 1/2 cup.
