I know there is a lot of blogs out there for food recipes. I thought I would create my own and post the recipes that I make over and over again and some that have been past down through friends and family members.
I will also be including some weight watcher friendly ones when I can.--They might be added infrequently but they will be worth the wait!!!--

Chocolate Chip Muffins
2 cups flour 1
¼ cup granulated sugar 1 cup milk
½ tsp. baking powder ¼ cup
½ tsp. salt
together dry ingredients then in another bowl,
together egg, milk and oil. Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir only until
combined (batter will be lumpy) fill tins 2/3 full.
20 min. or until golden brown.
- For sweeter muffins increase sugar to 1/2 cup.
